The 11th International Film Festival of Resistance (Revolution and Holy Defense) ended its work on Friday night with the presentation of the winners in the Unity Hall.

Winners of the Iranian cinema competition

In this ceremony, the winners of the Iranian cinema competition were first introduced. Ali Nasirian, Abolhasan Davoudi, Azizullah Hamid Nejad, Mohammad Reza Sharafuddin and Mohammad Hossein Haghighi were the judges of this section and they marked the winners of different sections as follows.

Best Actress

The jury, in addition to honoring Mrs. Mehtab Nasirpour, jointly awarded the statue of the festival, diploma of honor and cash prize for the best actress of the festival to Ms. Hengemeh Ghaziani for her role in the film "Awakening Dreams" and Panteh Abhram for her role in the film "Badrod Baghdad".

Best male lead actor

The jury of the film section, in addition to honoring the memory of Khosro Shakibaei for his lasting performance in the movie Night Bus, awarded the statue of the festival, an honorary diploma and a cash prize for the best actor to Hamid Farrokhnejad for his role in the movie Hydemocracy To Roz Roshan and Shab Ekahe.
